Our solution
A mobile app was created to communicate with drivers in these situations. We figured out using license plate numbers was an effective way to contact vehicle owners. By signing up with your license plate, you are able to receive real time alerts.
User research / User scenario
We used online communities to help our user research. We found drivers that were experiencing these scenarios everyday. This help us formulate questions to conduct our surveys.
